Case Highlights

Five-axis Automated Optical Measurement System for Small-Sized Panels

Equipped with both spot and full-field luminance meters, the equipment performs multi-angle measurements of luminance, chromaticity, and uniformity for small-sized panels under five inches.

Features

Five-Axis Motion Control:
Utilizing a high-precision XYZ three-axis system with tilt and rotation, combined with spot and full-field luminance meters, the system enables multi-point, multi-angle measurements of luminance, chromaticity, and uniformity.

High-Precision Auto-Alignment System:
Equipped with a high-resolution CCD vision system for automatic alignment, it corrects placement deviations and automatically locates measurement points, ensuring data consistency in repeated measurements.

Reliability Verification:
Using software and PID controllers, the system rapidly heats the test sample to a specified temperature, enabling reliability verification under conditions of 30°–60°C with ±0.1°C precision.

Highly Integrated Custom Software:
Seamlessly integrates spot and full-field luminance meters, PID temperature controllers, high-precision positioning CCDs, image signal generators, and five-axis motion control, providing a fully unified and comprehensive operating environment.

One-Click Automated Measurement:
Allows users to customize action sequences based on production needs, completing multiple functions with a single click, including five-axis movement, temperature control, image display, luminance measurement, and data storage.

Customized Database:
Outputs data in specified file formats according to customer requirements, builds production records, and connects with the customer’s MES system, ensuring flexibility for ESG-oriented smart equipment upgrades.
