Intelligent Optical Inspection Innovative Practice Plant Factory Light Formula and Quality Detection

Challenges

As plant factories are flourishing in various countries, full-artificial fields have put forward strict requirements on different environmental factors. Light is critical to the growth of plants, and therefore requires precision when implementing supplementary light. Currently, there are no existing illuminance measuring devices on the market for plant lighting. Since plants are extremely sensitive to certain wave band light sources and a specific measuring range must be set.

Solutions

Apacer has developed spectral, high optical resolution (5.5cm) plant illumination meter which can be applied to precisely detect the total number of micro moles absorbed by plants (μmol.) and color ratios. It allows for the immediate adjustment of light source intensity, effectively increasing output and enhancing quality.

Fully supports the establishment of light formula!

High optical resolution 5.5mm is applied to conduct the full-spectrum analysis, obtaining various numerical values and drawings including LUX, PPFD and μmol. The wavelength range can be automatically measured to facilitate the establishment of optical formula.
